Warmhouse have been trading since 1985 and opened the Office and Showroom in Waltham Abbey in 1996 enabling a more accessible service to the Customer, open five days a week our experienced Staff can channel your enquiry to the right area. The Company is GAS SAFE (4082) & LPG registered and completes all gas and plumbing related works.

The foundation of the Company was formed by City and Guilds qualified Engineers who served their apprenticeships in the early 1970’s and now offer the benefit of their many years of experience to you.

Boiler installations,service and breakdown

Boiler installation -Our qualified and experienced Gas Safe registered engineers can appraise your existing installation and make recommendations to upgrade your system to maximise energy efficiency by either replacing your old boiler or a completely new installation.

Our qualified engineers can help with all types of breakdown and repairs to boilers, gas fire or any other LPG or GAS appliance. Annual Services can be undertaken on all types of LPG and GAS appliances.

For landlords, we can provide a Gas Safety Certificate. Warmhouse have City & Guilds qualified plumbers who undertake all plumbing work no matter how large or small.

I called Warmhouse Monday morning as we had no water in a rental property. Andy was very helpful and got me Plumber Gary onsite the same day. The MEGAFLOW cylinder needed a new combination relief valve. Gary went away & sourced one and fitted it within 2 hours. Very pleased with the communication from the office and the Plumbers determination/ability to complete the works required. My tenant was very pleased.
