The choice of a new kitchen is a hard decision for even the most organised of people. You may prefer traditional, modern or contemporary kitchens but need a little guidance; here at Warmhouse Services Ltd, we can help you decide which kitchen is right for you.
The design was based on the customers brief to create a larger living space that flowed with a minimal look.
As we were already down to convert the heating system to a combination boiler we decided it was best to move it to another room which gave the customer more storage space. The lobby wall to the bathroom was taken down which really opened up the room giving a more spacious feel.
The design was based on a Benchmarx handless range to create minimum lines and a contemporary finish. The new LED lighting worked well with the white gloss units to make the space appear larger and brighter.

Our brief was to create a practical storage solution for the councillor’s suite in Waltham Abbey Town Hall. Situated in an alcove we hand built the unit at our local workshop in Waltham Abbey. Made out of solid Beech and Beech veneered MDF, the unit consists of pigeon holes for each councillor and storage cupboards underneath. Before installation the units were sprayed with a clear Satin lacquer.
As part of a larger project which also included a garage conversion and kitchen refurbishment. This wetroom was designed by the customer themselves. The brief was to convert the garage to create a living space for an elderly relative which included a front facing bedroom and a separate wetroom.
To create the correct fall in the wetroom floor we formed the outer shape in ply then used a specialist pre formed composite tray which was then covered with Altro flooring.
Contrasting Porcelain tiles were used to give a luxury feel along with Starlight LED lighting.
